Well my mother-in-law broke her pelvic bone on Thursday. She is doing ok, and her spirits are up, but she has a long recovery. I feel so bad for her, she is pain. She was in the hospital for two days, and now is so happy to be home. She is such a trooper.
We had a good weekend. I went to Jenna's babyshower on Saturday afernoon, and that was a lot of fun. Instead of games we decorated onsies, and that was fun. I made one that said "I Love My Sister". The food was good, and it was great to see family.
Today my sister came over and played with Elizabeth while Tom and I totally cleaned out our garage. We had a friend with a truck come by and haul away a TON of crap. Now we are ready to begin packing as we only have things left that we want to take to the new house. Yay us. After working in the garage my sister and I went to Costco, I bought two books to read and some blueberries. After Costco Elizabeth and I planted some seeds in her garden. She loved it. My Mom got her the cutest little garden set that has a watering can and garden tools, and she loved working with that stuff. Tom filmed us working in the garden together.
Sad news. I found out that our neighbors that live across the street from us lost their baby last week. The wife was six months pregnant. I feel so sad for them. I've cried off and on, and I have been hugging Elizabeth extra tight this evening. How horrible. They are the niecest couple, and the were so excited. The baby was a boy. I so hope and pray that they will be able to have another baby. So so so sad.

Interview by Booklover
1. How did you meet Tom and fall in love? Tom was my instructor for a few classes my last two semesters at the private college I attended to get my Paralegal degree. Being that I was an adult (as were all of my class mates) Tom and I became friends. I have to say that I knew there was something about him the first minute I saw him, I got the strangest feeling the first time I looked at him. It was almost as if God were telling me he was the one. I can't really describe it. All I can say is I had such a crush on him after a few months of being his friend. He was so nice, sweet, funny, smart, and I thought he was so darn cute. He just really turned my head. I truly believe God brought us together, we are soul mates.
2. What is your best and worst talent? Hmmmm....best talent would be my ability to see people for who they really are (98% of the time). My worst talent.... sometimes I can know someone is just bad and I will put it aside and bring them into my life anyway (then of course I get burned).
3. What is the most meaningful gift you have ever given? I gave my Husband our beautiful daughter.
4. What is your favorite memory? This questions is hard b/c I have so many, but I will just pick one....the first kiss with my husband (makes me smile to this day)
5. Why does Cass call you grandma? Because she thinks I'm an old bag. No just kidding. She calls me grandma b/c when we were working together at the law office we had so many days when it was just a snore in that place. We could do our work in our sleep so it was really boring at times. Anyway we started to make up our own "soap opera" wherein our boss was her father, and he was married to Christie Brinkly and they had Cassie. Well somewhere along the line we decided I was our bosses mother (probably b/c I had to pick up after him and nag him like I was his mother) and so that made me Cassie's grandmother.

Here I Am
Ok, I have two interviews that I have to address, but I won't do that tonight as I don't have a lot of time to put into it. I promise I will answer the questions soon. I have some more pictures to post. But first, I have to add that Elizabeth was singing her little heart out yesterday in the car. She was singing two songs from our Music Together class. She was so cute I almost drove off the rode trying to turn around and watch her. Tonight at dinner she was singing Three Little Monkeys. When I say I love this kid it is not enough to describe how I feel. Thank you God for the most wonderful daughter in the entire world.
Ok, my computer is not letting me open another window so I will put pictures on here another time.

Update Time
Well I keep saying I'm going to update, and then time goes by and I don't do it. So as part of my New Years Resoultions I am going to post more in my LJ.
Anyway, here are some pictures from Christmas time, playtime on our back patio, and Elizabeth with her cousin Jordan. I will upload some more pictures later.

Christmas was so GREAT. We had the best time. Elizabeth got a roller coaster, a doll stroller and a doll cradle from Santa - plus things from Mommy & Daddy too. She loves all of her new toys. She kept saying Santa, and when asked what Santa says she would say ho ho ho.
Elizabeth is talking a blue streak! She tries to say everything. The other night when I was giving her a bath she looked at me with this sweet smile and said "I love you". Of course I just melted. Yesterday she started to sing twinkle twinkle little star. She is so amazing and smart. Her playroom came out so cute, I need to snap some pictures of it so I can post them.
Construction on our new house has not been started yet (that will happen in Februday), but we have picked all of our upgrades. So much fun. We have been very busy "spring cleaning" our current house in preparation for the big move. I figure better to start early than wait until two weeks before the move. We have decided not to sell our current house, and rent it out instead.
Tom is doing great. Busy at work, but that is a good thing. He is such an amazing father. I love to see how Elizabeth has filled him with a love he never expected. She has become quiet the Daddy's girl, and Tom loves every minute. There is nothing like watching your husband play with dolls and make up silly songs.
I am doing great. Weaning off the med, and having no problem so far. Thank you God. Another one of my nyr's is to diet and finally get rid of the last of the baby weight. Wish me luck.
Verna was here visiting for four days. I took her to the airport yesterday afternoon. That will be the last visit for a good number of years. It was ok, but she is so stuck up and I am so not. Oh well I won't rag on about it.
Let me go see if I can upload some more pictures.
Hey....someone please inverview me.
